Leicestershire vs Notts. Leicestershire were bowled all out for 308 in their first innings. Their lower order showed fine resistance on the 3rd morning. Olly Stone finished with figures of 5/68. Pennington added a third wicket to finish with figures of 3/69. Leicestershire were asked to follow one, and Stone was in the wickets again.

This week’s England watch begins at the Utilita Bowl, where Hampshire won the toss and asked Glamorgan to bat. Asa Tribe made 45 before he fell victim to Kyle Abbott. A week of difficult pitches.

A tough day for Staffs cricket.
Staffordshire men’s white ball campaign got off to a losing start at West Bromwich Dartmouth CC today, where they were beaten by 105 runs by Norfolk. Staffs won the toss and elected to field, they made early inroads when Sam Arthurton was caught behind by the bowling of Jake Garlick for 9, leaving Norfolk 29/1.
